Waste and Recycling Services, Inc. (WRS) formed twelve years ago to perform solid waste collection and recycling services throughout Southern California. WRS is family owned and operated and with local, Southern California roots. WRS prides itself on providing premium service at a value while promoting environmental stewardship through education and the certified recycling of waste. This mission has resulted in making WRS a successful company with a loyal customer base.
WRS owns a refuse collection and recycling fleet providing premium services to hundreds of customers, big and small, throughout Southern California. WRS maintains a substantial inventory of commercial refuse containers and roll off boxes adequate to service the commercial and industrial waste capacity of current and future clients.

Mr. Klistoff has more than thirty five (35) years of experience in solid waste collection, hauling, recycling and management with extensive firsthand knowledge and expertise in every aspect of solid waste management and operations. He has earned the loyalty of the many local customers he serves while growing a stable waste collection company.
