WRS Helping Hand
Waste and Recycling Services is committed to helping the customers and the communities we services. WRS established the Helping Hand program to formalize the value added services that WRS has been providing since its inception.
The WRS Helping Hand program’s goal is to assist our customers and by investing both time and money into worthy community programs that enhance communities. Community members who have benefitted from the Helping Hand Program and WRS’ dedication to social and environmental stewardship include:
- The Elderly and the infirmed: WRS’s staff is readily available to help customers who are unable to roll out their trash barrel with personalized assistance by taking out the barrel for them and returning it to its rightful location once empty.
- Children and Youth: WRS contributes to various charitable organizations and participates directly in programs that feed the hungry and provide toys and school supplies to needy children.
- Educational Programming for all: WRS participates in educational programs to teach children and adults about environmental stewardship through responsible disposal and recycling

We offer bins in various sizes and roll-offs to suit your needs, hauling off construction and demolition waste including wood, concrete, metal, carpet and carpet padding.
